Refund/Return and exchange policy
Thanks for purchasing our product.
In order to be eligible for the full refund, you have to Initiate Return Process within 7 Days of receiving the item. The Product should be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in anyway.
If you Initiate Return Process after 7 Days of Receiving the product, in that case you will be given a store credit or the Product could be exchanged. One shall intimate first on email email@example.com ,the reason to return within 24-48 hours from the time the product is delivered.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered is damaged or defective or if product delivered is different size or style, you may return the product.
customized products are in no return policy as we'll make the product according to your size and preference.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product up to 7 days from the date it got Delivered it to you.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
